How your answers are handled

• Answers go to an AI provider chosen because it does not train on them.
• Held briefly in memory, up to 24 hours — up to 90 days if its safety systems flag the request.
• Your documents and the intermediate AI payloads are deleted 90 days after your report publishes.
• The gateway keeps non-content records — timing, token counts — which our deletion cannot reach.

We use your name, work email, company name, and headquarters country to create your account, and your answers and uploaded documents to generate your diagnostic. Answers and document text are sent to an AI provider selected because it does not train on them. It holds them only as long as needed to answer the request — briefly in memory, for up to 24 hours — and keeps them for up to 90 days if its safety systems flag the request. A small number of requests are also sampled for anonymous categorisation by a third party, which cannot be switched off. We delete your uploaded documents and the intermediate AI payloads 90 days after your report is published; the gateway keeps non-content records of each request, such as timing and token counts, which our deletion does not reach.
